On October 5, Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov met with Viktor Lukashenko, President of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus. The meeting discussed the current state and development prospects of sports cooperation between Azerbaijan and Belarus. The importance of exchanging experience and implementing joint projects between athletes and specialists of both countries was emphasized. During the meeting, views were also exchanged on other issues of mutual interest.
