Citizens from Lachin and Kalbajar districts were received

On October 23, Vusal Nəsirli, chairman of the board of the Azerbaijan State Road Agency, received citizens from the Lachin and Kalbajar districts. Before the meeting, a visit was paid to the monument to the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, and his memory was honored with respect. Within the framework of the event, citizens’ appeals were heard, and issues related to road infrastructure and employment were kept in focus.

Postxronika.az reports, citing AYDA, that the citizens’ requests were mainly related to the repair and reconstruction of roads and to employment. In order to study the problems raised and to ensure their prompt resolution, the agency’s management issued relevant instructions to the competent bodies. Such direct dialogues help meet the needs of the population returning to areas liberated from occupation in a timely manner.

A sensitive approach to citizens’ appeals is a key indicator of transparency and social responsibility in public administration. In particular, updating regional road infrastructure accelerates the socio-economic development of the regions and enhances transport safety. Solving the issues raised by residents on the ground plays a special role in ensuring people’s comfort.
