Putin: Russia faced foreign-made difficulties during parliamentary elections

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that obstacles created from abroad had to be overcome during the country's recent parliamentary elections.
Postxronika.az reports, citing TASS, that Putin said this at a meeting with Central Election Commission chair Ella Pamfilova.
According to him, the elections were held in all 89 regions of Russia.
Putin noted that, in addition to organizing the voting process, difficulties created from abroad also had to be dealt with.
The Russian leader stressed that this process was accompanied by certain risks.
