Russian government approves new three-year budget plan

The Russian government has approved the draft federal budget for 2027 and 2028-2029.
Postxronika.az reports, citing TASS, that the document will next be submitted to Russia's State Duma.
The draft's main priorities are defined as fulfilling social obligations and supporting families with children.
It also envisions ensuring defense and security, and providing assistance to participants of the special military operation and their family members.
The budget draft also focuses on achieving the country's national goals, including ensuring technological leadership.
