The expansion of economic cooperation between Russia and the United States could in the future create conditions for European companies to join the process as well.
Postxronika.az reports with reference to TASS that this was stated by Kirill Dmitriyev, the special presidential representative of Russia for international investment and economic cooperation and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, at the Verona Eurasian Economic Forum.
According to Dmitriyev, if the need arises, it is also possible to conclude an agreement with Europe on diesel fuel. He said that Russia intends to continue its economic ties with Europe, while high energy prices have a negative impact on European business. Dmitriyev also claimed that the “Nord Stream” gas pipelines could resume operations in the future.
