President awards a group of employees in the energy sector

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding Azerbaijani energy workers. Under the document, energy sector employees were recognized with state awards for their effective work in developing the sector. By the decision of the head of state, one of the distinguished specialists was awarded the Order of Labour of the second degree, while three others received the Order of Labour of the third degree.

According to Report, cited by Postxronika.az, under the order another 22 employees of the sector were awarded the “Tərəqqi” (Progress) medal. Among those honored are various specialists with exceptional services in ensuring the country’s energy security. This step reflects the high value the state places on the development of the national energy sector and on the work of its specialists.

Incentivizing people working in the energy sector helps further strengthen the country’s energy infrastructure. High state awards increase specialists’ sense of responsibility and motivation for future work. The achievements gained in this strategically important field make a significant contribution to the continued growth of the national economy.
