Russia, the United States and Ukraine have agreed to resume talks in a trilateral format. Commenting on reports that European countries may join the negotiations, Moscow said that the current agreement involves only three countries.
Postxronika.az TASS reports that this was stated by Yuri Ushakov, an aide to the Russian president, in an interview with the newspaper “Kommersant”.
Ushakov said the Kremlin has heard a statement from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that it is ready to discuss the issue of territories. According to him, everyone in Ukraine wants peace and is trying to achieve it.
