Russia’s prime minister visits Dushanbe

Russia’s prime minister has arrived in Dushanbe on a visit.

Postxronika.az reports, citing TASS, that he was met at the airport by his Tajik counterpart, Kohir Rasulzoda.

Miсhustin will take part in a meeting of the heads of government of member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) and hold a number of bilateral talks.

Economic and cultural cooperation issues will be discussed at the meeting. At the end of the event, a joint communiqué, a concept for a unified platform on the management of land freight transportation, and an initiative on the development of international rail freight are expected to be adopted.
