Health minister meets with Turkish delegation

Health Minister Teymur Musayev met with a delegation led by Şamil Ayrım, head of the Turkish-Azerbaijani Interparliamentary Friendship Group. The parties expressed satisfaction that strategic partnership and alliance relations between the two fraternal countries have also been developing successfully in the healthcare sector. The minister said that the brother country’s advanced experience, in particular cooperation in the areas of training medical personnel and digitizing medicine, has significant potential.
Reporting, with reference to the Ministry of Health, Postxronika.az says that Şamil Ayrım, in turn, expressed gratitude for the warm reception and stressed the importance of deepening healthcare ties. During the talks, the parties discussed in detail issues related to increasing mutual exchange of experience and strengthening relations in the field of medical education. At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to support joint initiatives to ensure the continuity of the partnership.
The growing cooperation between the two countries in healthcare provides an important impetus for the introduction of modern medical technologies and for improving the quality of services. Joint projects and the exchange of specialists make a direct contribution to the development of both countries’ healthcare systems. Such mutual visits help create a basis for further strengthening strategic ties.
